The pump tube (metering tube/hose) is a critical part of the liquid color pumping process. Using an inferior tube can result in poor pump performance, incorrect color matching, and increased down time. Tuskin tubing is manufactured to close tolerances specifically for liquid color applications. Our fittings do not restrict flow or cause air leaks.
In accordance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, Tuskin tubing does not contain Phthalates or other plasticizers.

This is the industry standard Tube Assembly consisting of a 2.5 foot pick up hose, a one foot piece of close tolerance metering hose and 10 feet of delivery hose. A 3/4″ NPT fitting is used to secure the assembly to the liquid color container. Each assembly is also equipped with a cap to seal the material inside during storage. This assembly can be ordered without a bucket fitting for use with pail lances.

This Tube Assembly is used in low dose applications. It is like the standard assembly but with a 1/8” ID delivery tube. NOTE: This assembly does NOT come with a cap.

The Drum Tube Assembly is used when pumping from a 30 gallon drum. It consists of the pump tube and 6 foot of lance tubing. Attach your own delivery tube.

Attach pick up tubing directly to this PVC lance. Use with “B” assemblies (no bucket fitting).
